Hey everyone! We just wanted to remind you that the gym is closed next week, so we won't be having practice.

Level 1's: You have boot camp Saturday the 5th from 9-2. Be there!

Practice Schedule!

Here's the practice schedule for May (remember, this is just for May):

Level 1: Wednesday 3:15-5:00pm and Wednesday 3:45-5:30pm

Level 2: Tuesday/Thursday 6:30-8:30pm

Level 3: Monday 6:00-8:00pm and Wednesday 6:00-8:30pm

And here's the practice schedule for the rest of the summer:

Level 1: Monday/Wednesday 8:00-9:45am

Level 2: Monday 5-7:30pm and Thursday 4:00-6:00pm

Level 3: Tuesday/Thursday 6:00-8:00pm and Friday 10-11:30am

Congratulations to all those who tried out today, and welcome to the team!! Below you will find a list of all the teams. We're super excited for this season!

Parents: Don't forget about the parent's meeting this Wednesday April 21st at 6pm at the gym. We will be talking about practice times, fundraising, and any other concerns you may have.

Tryouts!!!

Tryouts are tomorrow!! Yay! We're super excited for them, and can't wait to see all of you perform! Don't forget: if you're 11 and under you come at 9:00 and if you're 12 and up you come at 10:00. Please wear a white tshirt and black shorts.

Team results will be posted at 6:00pm at AirTime. They will also be posted on AirTime's website and on the blog, but that might not be until later.

TRYOUTS!!!!

Just wanted to remind everyone that tryouts are next week!! Don't forget! Clinics are Thursday from 6:15-7:45 and Friday from 3:45-5:15. Tryouts will be Saturday morning at 9 am. They're going to work a little differently than last year: as soon as you tryout you can go. We're going to post the results later that day (probably around 6 pm). We decided that would be a lot easier than having you all wait around while we decide who goes where. Remember: if you have any problems/concerns/whatever with tryout or clinic times please let us know. We will try our best to work with you. Tell all your friends to come too! Remember: we don't care if they have never cheered before in their life, we would still love to have them. We're hoping to have 3 squads next year, so we need a lot of girls. Can't wait to see you all there! Go Airtime!

Nationals!!

The girls competed in The American Nation nationals competition in Salt Lake last weekend. Both teams did really well. The juniors competed a great routine (in spite of being a little scared with all the lights and the super loud music). They ended up placing 3rd (out of 5 teams).

The seniors had a little bit of music trouble, but still did great. Their music turned off after only 2 8-counts of music, but they kept going just like we told them to. The announcer ended up telling them to start over again about halfway through the routine. Even though they were tired by that point they still did a great routine. They placed 3rd (out of 5) as well. A definite positive though: they were only about 3 points behind the leader and received the high score (out of all level 3 junior teams) on their jumps!

We are super proud of both our teams. For being a first year cheer program we think taking 3rd is definitely great. Congratulations to both teams!

All Star Cheer Try-outs

Try-outs are coming up!! Clinics will be held on Thursday April 15th from 6:15 p.m. to 7:45 and Friday April 16th from 3:45 to 5:15. We will be learning a short dance, jumps, and tumbling!

Try-outs will be Saturday April 17th at 9:00 a.m. The girls will try-out and the results will be posted at AirTime training center at 6:00 p.m. The girls are required to wear black shorts and a plain white t-shirt for try-outs. It is free to try-out so come and join the fun! There will be a parents meeting shortly after try-outs where we will go over everything for the coming season. Remember NO prior experience is necessary so if you feel like you don't know anything about cheer come and learn! Flash Halftime

The girls performed at a Utah Flash half-time last weekend and did great!! They made up the dance all by themselves and it was incredible! We were so proud of them! I can't even count the number of compliments they received after the show. It was a blast.
